I made these baskets as soon as I saw the pictures of the pattern from Anna. So cute, yes?! I think I may have a basket problem… I have baskets of every shape and size in my house. They are so useful to store things and keep them organized. Matter-a-fact, I think the basket is the best friend of an organized person!
These were very easy to sew up and required a minimal amount of fabric. You could even use leftover home dec fabric from a previous project and make it a scrappy mis-matched basket. They are super useful and can be used to store anything. Toys in the car, lost socks in the laundry room, or use it as a part of a baby gift to store diapers and small baby essentials, like Anna did.
The outer fabric I used is from Joann’s, keeping with my obsession with nautical this season. The interior plaid is from the Going Coastal collection from Michael Miller Fabrics.
