TUTORIAL: Fabric-backed Furniture

DSC_2872
I realized I never posted this tutorial from Natalie’s room.  It is ultra easy and can be done in an afternoon!  It adds so much pizzazz to an otherwise boring nightstand.  You can use this method with anything, including bookshelves and fronts of drawers

All you need is your favorite fabric and some Mod Podge!

DSC_1223Load up the back of the nightstand with Mod Podge

DSC_1225And place your fabric right on top.  Make sure to press down and smooth out any bubbles that may occur.  At this point, my fabric was adhered enough, but you may want to add another layer of mod podge to the top of the fabric.  It dries clear, so no worries!
