DSC_4318Hope you all had a fantastic Mother’s Day!  I have a late gift for you with this giveaway today  :)

Create Kids Couture is an online pattern shop that provides instant downloads on all of their patterns!  I know I just got touting all the benefits of paper patterns HERE, but when it comes to the availability of a pattern, instant can’t be beat!  So, when you are up at midnight and find a pattern that you just have to have, you can have it NOW!  And sometimes, our best creativity strikes at midnight, no?
DSC_4321I chose to sew up this Kiki Ruffled Top because, A. who can have too many ruffles and B. I’ve been sewing up dresses and rompers galore and needed a top to throw in the mix!  This darling top is definitely the flounciest I’ve made.  It is pure ruffle drama!

The pattern is labeled intermediate and I would have to concur.  The pattern has a few assumed steps and requires lots of gathering and a bit if shirring.
DSC_4315I love the connector fabric that peeks through underneath.  The possibilities are endless with fabric combos.  I could see it in all one color too to keep it more subdued.  The sherbet colors I chose for the four tiered ruffles  pair nicely with the playful neighborhood sketch fabric.  It’s so fun for Summer!

DSC_4314Create Kids Couture has a wealth of over 40 patterns for your girly and each one has it’s own unique look!   Wanna win some awesome patterns?
