I settled on the Sweetheart Halter top because of the cuteness overload…and I never shy away at the chance to mix fabrics and come up with my own spin.  The top was simple enough to put together that I made two in an evening.  Pretty productive, don’t you think?  I would definitely rate this as a beginner pattern, but experienced sewists will find it gratifying to whip it up in no time.

I think I like the back as much as the front.  The elasticized halter makes it easy to wear and comfortable for those hot summer days, and the long tie straps add just a hint of drama.
