Hi-ya! I’m so excited to finally get this party started!
This week’s theme is a remix of the Junebug Dress by Craftiness is not Optional! Fun!
I fell in love with this lining fabric for the dress and you’ll find it peppered through out the remix design
The quilted front panel was inspired by the patterned fabric
I thought about adding a belt, and actually made one... but it felt too busy and took away from the design
Her Sanita Clogs go perfect, yah?
I utilized the lining fabric and covered the buttons in a way to showcase the diamond design on the quilted front.
I love how her little elbow peeks through the scalloped edges

When I first saw this dress I freaked out because my sister and I had similiar dresses as little girls and we LOVED them.
The quilting on the bodice is AWESOME and the lining and buttons are super cute. LOvE love LovE it!

Susan, this dress is adorable! I love the quilted front, the lining is fantastic, and i love how precise you were with the fabric covered buttons...even the length of the sleeves - great job!
