Today’s giveaway is such a treat! I recently had a dear friend have her fist baby and was excited to make some adorable hats for her and the new little bundle. It was like divine intervention when Jen contacted me with her patterns. I was so excited to sew them up!
I chose the Animal Ears Fleece Hat and the Baby Knot Hat. I adore all the long gnome-type hats that set atop newborns nowadays, and the Knot Hat was just the ticket.
We had quite the time trying to set this girly up…she just wasn’t cooperating. But, she sure is darling, no? And the hat… LOVE! It was so easy to sew up and the fabric combos are endless. How adorable would this be for the upcoming Holidays?

The Animal Fleece hat was just as simple to sew up…the pattern comes with several different ‘ear’ types to choose from, I chose the bear ears…so many possibilities with one pattern!
