Sew. A Hobo Guest

This month I’m hosting the Amy Butler Style Stitches Sew-Along at My Crafty Crap.  You see, Bree is about to give birth and I thought it was a perfect opportunity to hog the screen and sew up my FAVORITE BAG FROM THE BOOK with all of you  :)  I know!  I know!  I really am trying to not post like 6,000 pictures while I do it…

Here is the bag in the book…

It looks a little funky, but I think with the right fabric and trim, it can be a fabulous summer bag…great for taking to the movies or running around town in shorts and flip-flops

That is MY favorite bag! I know, I'm seriously in love with it. Now that you're doing a sew-along, I think I may join in. Not sure what fabric, but I'll come up with something!
