Summer plans are pretty much to stay at home and get caught up on a bunch of stuff we haven't down the past two years. But we have the pool and the lake is nearby, we will be able to go there.
My summer plans are to have a FREAKING BLAST with my kids!! We've got rodeos, LOTS of pool time, beach, fun park and lots of visits with aunties and cousins planned!!

Every summer for the past 4 years, after moving to New Zealand, my daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren, one 11 year old boy, and one 9 year old girl, arrive here in Colorado to spend the summer with Nana! Sewing is what they want!! So I sew!! And love, and laugh and eat and have tons of fun!

Our biggest summer plans are to visit Spain celebrating our 10th anniversary and then spending some time with family on Lake Huron in Ontario.

The end of June and July and crazy for me. My grands are here (from MI) until July 7th. Then we travel to MI on the 7th for a wedding and to return grands. 2 weeks later son is getting married here in TN (house full of company). AQS Knoxville show in July too. After all that...smooth sailing and hopefully some serious relaxation and pool floating!!!

Work on all my sewing projects. Wrangle my 3 kids and try to squeeze in a vacation to somewhere cooler! It was 110 degrees here today..yuk!

What a neat book and a generous offer. It's winter here in Tanzania, which means most days are still in the 70's. I'm going to help deliver a friend's baby (any day now) and then in August we will make a trip to Malawi for a couple of weeks.

My son and his family are coming next week for two weeks! There are five grandkids all under 7; I'll have my work cut out for me! I'm so anxious to see everyone and enjoy all the different stages they are in. AFter that it is a lazy, sit in the sun kind of summer for me. One of my girls wants me to make more purses...she gets comments all the time on the ones I make her and she wants me to sell a few to her friends and coworkers...I shall see...
